Pricing questions
Can I try it before creating an account or paying?
Yes. Without an account you can upload one statement every 24 hours, up to 10 pages, and see every parsed transaction on screen. Downloading needs a free account, which gives you CSV and Excel downloads for 3 statements a month, up to 10 pages each. No card is needed for either.
What counts as a conversion?
One statement file that we parse successfully is one conversion, however many pages or transactions it has. Uploads that fail do not count, and downloading the same result again in another format does not use another conversion.
How many statements can I convert?
Each plan converts a set number of statements per calendar month: 3 on Free, 50 on Plus, 200 on Pro and 600 on Business. That number is the real limit, not a guideline. There is also a page limit per statement: 10 pages on Free, 50 on Plus and 100 on Pro and Business.
What happens when I reach a limit?
On Free, after 3 statements in a calendar month you cannot convert more until the 1st of the next month unless you upgrade. On a paid plan, when you reach your plan's number you can move up a plan from the Billing page, or wait for the 1st; you are never charged extra. A statement longer than your plan's page limit is turned away before it is converted, so it does not use a conversion.
Which plan do I need for QuickBooks or Xero?
Free includes CSV and Excel. Plus adds TSV, JSON, QBO, QFX, QIF and Xero: QBO is the file QuickBooks imports, QFX is the Web Connect file Quicken imports, QIF is Quicken's older text format, and the Xero export is a CSV laid out for Xero's bank statement import. Pro and Business have the same formats and add batch upload and client labels.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes. Every paid plan can be paid monthly ($29, $59 and $99 a month for Plus, Pro and Business) or yearly: $199 a year for Plus (saves $149), $399 a year for Pro (saves $309) and $699 a year for Business (saves $489) compared with twelve monthly payments. Choose Annual above the plan cards. The limits and export formats are the same either way; an annual plan is charged once a year and renews each year until you cancel.
I only need it once. Do I have to subscribe?
No. The 7-day pass is a single payment of $39: 7 days from the moment you pay, up to 100 statements, with the page limit and export formats of Plus. It does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel, and the 7-day refund covers it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page in your dashboard, with no need to contact us. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for (the month on monthly billing, the year on annual billing), you are not charged again, and your account then moves to Free.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you are not satisfied, ask within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we refund it in full, whether you paid monthly or for a year. The same goes for a 7-day pass: ask within 7 days of paying for it. Request it through the contact page or the support email; refunds go back to the card you paid with. Read the refund policy
Is my card payment secure?
Card details are entered in a form provided by Square, our payment processor, and go directly to Square. We never see or store your full card number.
What happens to the files I upload?
Your statement is uploaded over an encrypted HTTPS connection, parsed on our servers, and a copy is kept in our cloud storage until you ask us to delete it; we never ask for your bank login. Read the privacy policy
